Steve Robinson was born in Blackpool, England in 1955.
He received his B.F.A. Honours Degree from the University of Manitoba in 1979 majoring in painting and drawing with a minor in film studies.
Living in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Steve runs workshops in his home studio and in schools. His work is represented in galleries across Canada and in private collections worldwide.
Presently, Steve expresses his creativity through the art of Raku by hand building unique boxes and one of a kind sculptures.
He receives his inspiration from his annual canoe trips into the Canadian Shield.
